KESSLER SEC
— Transvasion | Oenological Characteristics* —

"Some connaisseurs have a problem with the ”sec“ varieties of sparkling wines – wrongly, I dare say. With a gently assonanting sweetness the fruity flavours of a sparkling wine may become much more apparent. But most important is that the wine, for all its mild character, keeps its freshness – like KESSLER Sec." Michael Weber, Cellar Master, KESSLER Sekt"
KESSLER Sec is a fine, sweet Sekt which hovers between freshness and sweetness. KESSLER Sec owes its elegance to the carefully-chosen Chardonnay wines which form the basis of the cuvée. As with all classic KESSLER Sekt, it is aged for at least nine months in the bottle. KESSLER Sec is the youngest member of our product line from Germany’s oldest producer of sparkling wines. It appeals to those connoisseurs who appreciate not only its freshness and its multitude of flavours, but also its pleasant sweetness.
