KESSLER RIESLING RÉSERVE VINTAGE is a racy and refreshing vintage sparkling wine. The fresh and fruity aromas of citrus, lime peel, green apple and peach are accompanied by fragrant floral notes. In the mouth a fruity start, which with the fresh and lively acidity gives the typical taste of a crisp Riesling sparkling wine with surprising intensity. Like the other two vintage sparkling wines of the "KESSLER Vintage" line, the KESSLER Riesling Vintage extra brut matures for many months in the vaulted cellars under the Kessler house in the bottle on its own yeast. This top quality sparkling wine is also traditionally degorged and riddled by hand.

BOUQUET  Delicate aromas of Granny Smith apple and citrus, accompanied by fragrant floral notes reminiscent of elderberry and an intense cool, mineral note
TASTE  A refreshing Riesling sparkling wine with a firm and extremely animating structure. On the palate very puristic and straightforward with stimulating acidity and animating perlage. The clearly pronounced minerality in the stimulating aftertaste makes it a perfect aperitif - and a companion for elegant cuisine creations
