| KESSLER ROSÉ RÉSERVE VINTAGE is a mother-of-pearl-coloured vintage sparkling wine made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes that will delight you as an aperitif and with spicy and hearty dishes. In the nose it produces complex notes of redcurrant, cranberry, pepper, juniper, cinnamon and honey. On the palate it is fruity and creamy with a spicy finish, accompanied by a persistent perlage. Like the two other vintage sparkling wines in the "KESSLER Vintage" line, the KESSLER Rosé Réserve extra brut matures for many months in the vaulted cellars under the Kessler house in the bottle on its own yeast. This top quality sparkling wine is also traditionally shaken and degorged by hand. |
